How to make a warranty claim

Please follow the below process which will ensure that only products eligible for warranty are provided to 3 Pillars Supply Co for assessment.

1.      Check the Warranty Schedule in the BFT Admin Portal for the product in question

2.     Review the warranty period against the delivery date of the product:

a. if the product is outside the warranty period, purchase of a new items is required

b. If the product falls within the warranty period, then read the full details provided in the warranty schedule regarding that product and assess if it is eligible for a warranty claim

3. If it is assessed as eligible then follow these directions:

·        email us below 

·        detail the fault with the product

·        advise of any rectification methods that have been attempted

·        Included photos/video of the product

·        Advise of the delivery date of the product

·        For BFT³ monitors include the ID number and member details
